but it says it’s already associated with my account. It is nowhere in the list! I am discontinuing nannybearL550@shaw.ca and want to only use nannybear@shaw.ca. Help!

It appears that you have another account which this email has already been added to called 'nathina'. Please delete that account, and it will allow you to add the email to 'nannybear'. If you've forgetten the password for that account, you can reset it here:
