While making a new form, I entered in 30 questions and their respective entry type (text box, drop down, etc.). After I entered in all of my questions and clicked "next", it takes me to the proper page to edit the details or each individual question, but none of the questions show up. If I press next again, it continues on with the manager as if I had already completed this step. If I go with the flow and complete the form manager and preview my form, the form is blank.

Any thoughts?

It sounds like your form is corrupted...most likely due to the use of single or double quotes in the questions. We're working on an update to make this not occur...for now your only option is to delete the form and start over.

I did delete the form, twice. I'm not using quotations either, single or double.

I've tried to make a new form multiple times, nothing has worked yet.

It sounds like the wizard might be timing out on you because of the large # of questions. Run through the wizard but only add 5 or so questions and see if this works. You can always come back and add new questions once the wizard is complete.
