changed the email that the forms submit to and it still goes to the old email. We had a .org email and switched our website and emails over to .com but the form still shows it is submitting to the .org

the only way to get the submissions is to login to account here and at the top it is showing it going to the old email

Good Day,

Please log back into the account and double check the email in the settings. Our forms will only send to the address as configured in the form setting (Edit > Send to Address). Often people when incorrectly configure the wrong form when there are multiple within their account.

The other possibility is that there is email forwarding setup outside of myContactForm.com on you mail server that is redirecting the messages.

I no longer have my optusnet address on the mycontactform site. I have changed it on my User details and made sure that the form setting contains my new email. You have written "Our forms will only send to the address as configured in the form setting (Edit > Send to Address)." This is not happening for me! Why are the forms going to an old address?

Please double check that you are editing the configuration for the proper form. The messages will only be sent to the email that is in the config, but there are a lot of similar forms in your account and it needs to be updated in each one.
