I have created a form with drop downs. When a user opens it up (via redirect, or hosted form), the form has the first value in the drop downs already filled in for every question (every question is a drop down) with the first possible user answer in the drop down. i wish to have the form BLANK when the user is directed to the form to fill out. Can someone assist please?

To create a blank selection, add one more additional response option to the drop down and put a " - " for the Option value. If you do not like the dash, simply delete it from the HTML code.
