Dear All,
We did not receive a submitted form on 09/14/15. Because of this I felt it important to manually check the Message Center for completed form data.
Today there was another one we did not receive.
We have only have had about 6 forms submitted. Having 2 not being received is a 33% failure rate of submitted forms.
Any ideas?

All forms are being sent to your email address.
The issue you are experiencing is being caused by email spam filtering.

Nick Ladd, Someone in Support. Please help! The last one was posted over a week ago and no reply yet???
We are having the same issue. Submitted Forms not being forwarded.
This has been sporadic as we receive about 15% of the forms submitted.
When I test the three pages I get all the test forms.
But most do not come through from potential customers.
I checked the Network solutions junk folder and filter. NO emails forwarded there.
I checked my G mail account, same thing. No emails.
Why do some come through but not others when this was working fine for years up until 6 months ago?
What is the fix? |

This is 100% caused be SPAM filtering. Net Solutions and Gmail both do filtering that is not apparent in their interfaces and is occurring on the server side. Please read the link below. You need to make sure that your email provider is not blocking the message.
