Hi everyone,

Everything works great except for when I do a test email with any address from my own hosted domains. I get an email not valid error! Now I know these emails work fine and I've just sent test emails again to make sure.
BUT If I fill out the form using a typical Gmail, Live, etc email address, it works fine.
Any ideas?

Form is located here
www.southernhighlandsscouts.com/contact.htm

Thanks!
Regards,
Joe

Hi Joe,

I tested and it seems to be functioning correctly. If you want to send me an email to info@mycontactform.com and include the email addresses that are producing the error, I will go ahead and do some additional testing.

Thanks,

Hi,

Did you manage to find out why the emails form my domains are blocked?

No. I never received a message from you (see last post).

Hmmm, weird. You emailed me and I emailed back.
Anyway, if any of the following addresses are used, they get an invalid email error even though they are functional. maybe a spam filtering issue?

joe@jutrisa.com
michele@jutrisa.com
joe@explosivemarketing.com.au
info@joekoolhosting.com
joe@presidentialbusinessconcepts.com

Thanks!

Hi Joe,

It looks like these addresses are failing the DNS authentication side of our email validation script. This typically occurs when there are missing mx records setup for the domain. I would check with your host, as it is likely that the DNS isn't completely configured.

Interesting....ok thanks for that. I'll look into it.
