Is it possible to add more than one form per page...if so, how do I do that. I have three forms on one page and the form isn't working properly. One form has a captha phase and the other doesn't...but the one that doesn't when it is submitted is askign for the captha phase. I am assuming I need to name the form something other than the default.

There shouldn't be an issue with multiple forms on the page, so long as you're not inadvertently nesting form code within other open form tags. If you post a link to the live site, I can take a look at the code.
