I have created a form (copying and editing) from another form. I have changed all relevant details, but the auto responder subject continues to use the old subject, even though I have edited it and included the new one. This is confusing for people who have enrolled for 1 course but find another course in their subject heading when they receive the confirmation email. What is going on?

Please make sure that you are editing the correct form in the control panel and that you have copied and pasted to your site the correct HTML.

This is a fairly common issue of people copying forms in the control panel and then inadvertently mixing up the setting and/or HTML.
