Hello,
I am a premium member and this is the first time I am having trouble with our submissions that we get through mycontactform.com
I have checked my email spam settings and I know it's not that. I am missing submissions that came in the span of 2 days which our account message center said we received but we did not, in fact, receive it to our emails. My submissions come in with images attached, is it possible to retrieve those images from your end???

I am certain that this is a SPAM filter or other filtering issue. If the messages are in the Message Center, then they were sent as an email from our outgoing email server as well. Based on the way that the software is written, messages are not added to the Message Center until the physical email is sent.
On the filtering side, this can have occurred either on your personal computer within an email client (like outlook) or on your incoming mail server. Please read the link below as it contains tips for preventing your form submissions from being filtered.
