Sorry I cannot seem to find this answer:
If I change, delete or add an email address to an existing form, do I have to update my html?

If you change it from being a predefined fixed address to one that the form submitter chooses (or the other way around), then yes it needs to be updated. If you are simply changing a fixed address, then no you don't need to update the code.
