I recently updated a form used for training registration. The form results are not being emailed to the specified addresses.

Please advise - I need your help to get this back working again. Our new classes are STARTING NOW!!!!!

The messages are being sent to the address or addresses you have specified under Edit > Send to Address. If you are not receiving them, there is either a third party software issue (such as email forwarders) or they are being blocked by anti-SPAM software. Please read this:
