After I change the order of my questions and then attempt to edit the question the previous field is displayed, not the current one. Has anyone else had a problem with this? Is this a bug?

This is a bug that generally occurs when users use single or double quotes in one of their form questions. Sometimes the problem can be remedied by deleting the question with the quote and then re-adding it without using quotes. If this doesn't solve the problem all that can be done is delete the form and rebuild it.
