I have just tested a new form loaded today and I am getting this message:

Not Found

The requested URL /sendform/sendform. php was not found on this server.
Apache Server at www.mycontactform.com Port 80


I cannot see anything our of place with the form and have not experienced a problem with any of form?

This is an issue with the code on your site. There is an extra space that is not in the code we've provided. It could be something your authoring tool is adding automatically.

Look for the line that says:
Code:

action="http://www.mycontactform.com/sendform/sendform. php"


There should not be a space between the . and php. It should read:
Quote:

action="http://www.mycontactform.com/sendform/sendform.php"


This is what is causing the problem.
