Hi, my submit button doesn't seem to be sending any info - when I press submit it does 'refresh' the page, but then does not redirect anywhere or send me a message.

There is likely an issue with the code surrounding the form. Please post a link to the form and I'll be able to confirm and offer suggestions for correction.
