I sent a test through without error. Please let me know if you are continuing to have problems.

I keep getting this error:
There is an error with the identifying credentials for the form you are trying to submit. If you are the owner of this form you need to make sure to paste the html for the form exactly as it has been provided.
what does this mean and how do I fix it? My ebay forms were working fine and now I have had several people contact me that the forms are not working.
I've updated and copied the code several times but doesn't fix it.

I am not getting an identifying credentials error, but am getting a form location error. You can correct this under Edit > Basic Form Information > Form Location. Leaving the setting blank will correct the issue.

I removed the location and I still got the error message in Internet Explorer.
I tried using Chrome and it worked.
I cleared History in IE and it worked.
Off to change the rest of the forms - thank you for your help |
