Whether I use a form location url or leave it blank, I still get an access denied message.
This is the message I get when I submit my form:

Access Denied
You don't have permission to access "http://vi.vipr.ebaydesc.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?" on this server.

You form location setting is fine, this error is coming from ebay, not mycontactform.

The page you are posting this to is not a valid HTML document. There are a number of issues with it that are breaking the form. Is this the actual live listing? The form needs to be placed into a valid HTML document.

I would contact eBay.
