We are trying to add a new e-mail address to our account and we get this error. This is a company account as so the e-mail is a new company distribution list. Please advise as to why it is not allowing us to add eac@sema.org
Error Message: ERROR: The e-mail address you are adding is already listed under a myContactForm.com account. |

Please send an email from eac@sema.org to info@mycontactform.com requesting to be added to this specific account, and I'll manually add it.

This email is a distribution list so it gets forwarded to many people. We just need the normal email sent out to add the email and we will click on the provided link to confirm.

Please read my response above. There is a bug causing this email to not be able to be added the conventional way. Send me an email from the account and I'll manually associate it with your myContactForm.com account.

Please see my response above as this is a distribution list so it does not have an e-mail box to send e-mail from. It gets sent to five different people and does not have the ability to e-mail. Please advise. We have placed about 12 of these distribution list e-mails into the system previously with no issue. Please call me if you need additional explaination.
