My form is cuipinfo. Starting today, if a user does not enter a phone number, your system is put this phone number on all the emails:

44-704-010-4435

Please correct this error1

The site url is: www.cuip.org/cuipsignup.html
The form is: cuipinfo

The error is in the Phone Number field. Your system is defaulting a phone number. I think it is when the user spaces thru the field put does not enter anything. I also have seen the default (xxx) xxx-xxxx in the field.

I just sent three test messages through trying different things and they all went through without error. Please confirm on your end.
