I've had to suspend your account because you publicly exposed your user name and password. This has compromised the security of the account.

Please email me: info@mycontactform.com from the email account that was associated with payment for this account and I will reset the password information and get the account running.

As for the auto responders, make sure it is enabled under Edit > Auto Responder. They work, but you may have some email filtering problems occurring on your end. Please read this:
