ERROR:
There is an error with the identifying credentials for the form you are trying to submit. If you are the owner of this form you need to make sure to paste the html for the form exactly as it has been provided.

Any idea as to what I need to do?

This is urgent, as my agency receives applications from this, and people are calling me looking to apply!!

This typically occurs when the code on the code on your site is different from what we provided. Look at the source on your site and compare it to what we have provided. The most common problem is that you could be missing the hidden fields that identify the form to our server.
