I wanted to export a list of my contacts, but when I logged in I could not find any names. Can you help me determine why and fix this going forward, please?

Good Day,

Names are not automatically added to the contact manager. You need to manually add them. Perhaps what you are looking for is the Message Center which contains all messages sent from your forms.
