We have the "Send to address" going to two different e-mails. They are coming through difference domains. On is to bcpl@iglou.com and the other randy@bcplib.org We consistently are missing some of the forms on iglou.com.
We are losing about 10% of them. I checked with the service provider and they looked at their incoming logs and they do not see the e-mails at their front door. They say they did not arrive to them at all. Are you aware of any issues that would cause only some of the forms to drop and only to one of the two "send to" addresses?

Most recently with the Job Application Form

The messages are being sent. If they are not getting to you, there is likely some filtering happening either on the your incoming email server side or on the client machine. Possibilities include your email client or internet security software. This is particularly possible since the form includes email attachments which can trigger anti virus software. Please read the following information about email filtering.
