Renewed my membership but get the ERROR message below when trying to log onto the form.

ERROR

Hosted forms are not enabled for this particular form.

Once an upgrade is allowed to lapse, the premium features become switched off. Once you then re-upgrade the account, you need to log back in and re-enable these features. This only occurs when an upgrade is allowed to lapse.

Hosted forms can be enabled under Xtras > Hosted Forms.
