I just signed up, created a submission form, copied code & pasted to my site.
I've done 3 test submissions.
Your site is saying I have no submissions this month.
I have not received any of the email submissions
And there was no confirmation email message.

I've added your suggested email addresses to my address book. there's nothing in my spam folder.
Why is the program not working?

What am I doing wrong & how long does it usually take for the process to happen?

It sounds like you have pasted the form code into an already open form tag on your site. This effectively hijacks the form and doesn't send the field data to our server to be processed. If you post the URL of your live form, I can confirm this by looking at it.
