I have heard from some of my co-workers that there recently is a problem with the submittal process. Let me quote the latest:

I'm writing because I'm not sure if you're aware that
lately when we try to send more than one new job card (job information form) at the same time, in other words, one after the other, even
if they are different, it is giving us a message that says
Error it cannot send because this form was previously
said. It has been happening quite often and it
deletes everything so you can't just go back and resend
it.
Right now it happened to me three times in a row.
What I've had to do is get out of the page completely
go to my home internet page and come back a few
minutes later. If you have any other questions to be
able to fix it, let me know.
Eric told me a few other people have complained about
this happening to them too. That's why I'm writing to you."

This is not an error in the software. It is occurring because you have enabled Click Protection for your account which limits the number of times over a given period a single IP address can submit a form. This is disabled by default. To turn this off / reconfigure it:

1. Login
2. Click 'Form Security / Anti-SPAM'
3. Scroll down and edit the settings for 'Click Protection'
