I've checked the html and made sure everything has been copied exactly, but every time I try to submit a form, I get this error:
ERROR:
There is an error with the identifying credentials for the form you are trying to submit. If you are the owner of this form you need to make sure to paste the html for the form exactly as it has been provided.
Any idea as to what I need to do?

Please post a link to your form. The code likely has had the hidden username and formid fields removed from it.

I've created the form an a Google Site page. Do you need access to that?

I've emailed you already and you mentioned that I would need to have mycontactform host the page, but i was able to find a way to have google sites send it.
