The form came out fine. However, the Submit and Reset and Print buttons do not show up. Therefore, after a user fills out the form, they cannot submit the info. |

You are likely placing the form code within an iframe on your site which is clipping the bottom of the form. I cannot confirm this however without being able to see the code embedded in your site. Please post a link to your form.

The HTML code for the submission buttons is not currently embedded into your site. This is why they are not there; the code associated with them is gone. Additionally, the code listed on your site is dramatically different than the code which we have provided which can cause some problems. You need to make sure by comparing the source code of your live site with the code we have provided that it is accurate. There are times when web hosts will remove dynamically the submit buttons from forms if their Terms do not allow this. You may want to check with your hosting provider to ensure that this is not happening.
