Hi there,

I don't have a premium account but I'm thinking of upgrading to one as I have had a few forms not come through as they were rejected by my server and have been deleted. I would like to be able to retrieve copies of these forms in case this ever happens again. What I was wondering is, if I did upgrade to a premium account, do copies of previous forms sent while I had the free account become available?

Yes, the previous 24 months of data is stored for all accounts. Once you upgrade your account, this data is made available via the Message Center.
