Been having a rash of problems with my forms. Been getting emails from people trying to fill out a vacation quote and getting an error message to go back and fill out " ". This form wdw quote is resort choice. I just tested it and I selected from the drop down and still get the error message that none was selected for that field. On another form there was an error about not having email subject and all of my forms are set with pre done subjects. Almost all the forms are having field required issues.

Just did a test on this form which is the only one that lets me complete the form and here is the results. Everything is off Looking at the fields room needed is now check in date, resort choice is now how many rooms. I've been using this form for over a year with no problems until 2012

You'll likely need to rebuild the form. There were a small number of forms that had database records problems which didn't become evident until after a database update we made in November 2011. To fix this, delete all questions experiencing issues and then recreate them. If this doesn't solve the issue, you'll need to rebuild the form.
