I'm in the process of setting up a reservation form which needs to be secure for credit card information. I noticed that I can apply the ssl to my form. At this time, I'm in the process of getting my certificate setup for. However, I looked at your faq and it states that I cannot include cc information and my account could be suspended.
Is this an old faq or is this correct?

The FAQ is correct. While SSL protects the data from browser to server, once it leaves as an e-mail it is unencrypted and thus not secure. This is why we prohibit credit cards and why standard practices prohibit sending any credit card information over e-mail.
