I have a form that I've been using for quite some time now. I needed to update a few fields on it. When I preview the form, all of the fields are there.
When I try to edit the form, the last several questions are no longer available in edit mode. Any ideas on what is happening?

It sounds like there is a problem with the backend database record associated with the form. You will likely need to rebuild the form in order to correct the problem.
