Can't remove required field in my form

I have a previous employer field phone number, as a required field.

I want to remove the required field. The form management thingy will not let me.

What should i do?

To Remove the Question:
Login > Edit > Form Questions > Delete

To Edit a Question So it's Not Required:
Login > Edit > Form Questions > Edit > Uncheck Required Box

If neither of these options work and it is an older form, you may need to rebuild the form.
