1) Do I have to have a redirect link?

2) How do I get the form information sent to me? I plugged in my email address but not sure how to access info once someone fills out my form.

1 - Yes. This can be as simple as a 'thank you' type page. If you are using the 'Hosted Form' option under 'Xtras' you can use a hosted thank you page.

2 - The information submitted via the form will be emailed to the address which you've specified. You can also check the information via the 'Message Center'.
