myContactForm.com forms and web site will not be available:

Beginning: Sunday, December 18, 2011 12:00am PST.
Ending: Sunday, December 18, 2011 2:00am PST.

This is a scheduled maintenance period during which we will be making improvements to our server. We expect this maintenance to require approximately two hours of downtime.
