Since last friday 25/11/2011 I've been unable to access my admin area. and all the applications on my web site are NOT working. Does anyone know what is going on?

Yes, we had a scheduled maintenance window last Friday that was used to significantly improve our service.

In the past couple hours, I had to make an unexpected database change related to the new update we've just created which caused another outage. The site is now back and functioning normal. This should be the last maintenance window that will be required for awhile. We're doing our best to mitigate outages and have a pretty remarkable uptime reputation. Unfortunately, these outages are sometimes required in order to continually improve our service.
