Hi,

I am new and just created a new form which works fine - I then copied it to use on another site and one of the fields does not return the correct results:

Original Form: http://www.adelaide-city-directory.com.au/forms/appform.htm

Second Form: http://www.brisbane-city-directory.com.au/forms/appform.htm

The results for the original all work OK but the results for the second do not return the result for the Listing Type field - instead of displaying the box ticked (and description - "Listing Type:
Enhanced Listing Plus Logo - $70 Once Only Payment") it simply shows "Listing Type: checkbox357399"

Any Suggestions?

Please delete the question that is not working from the admin panel, recreate it, and then update the code.
