The form I am using asks "Which days will you be attending?" The problem I'm having is that we will be taking requests for seminar attendance for several seminars at once, though the seminars will usually be on Fridays and Saturdays. When I remove the days I don't need and submit a test registration, on the e-mail I receive it says "checkbox154546".

Can you help, please?

This is a bug in our software that is being fixed in our next software update. To solve the issue, please delete the question causing the issue and then re-create it on your form.
