I have a survey with 19 questions, most of them with Yes/No response options. In the 18th question ("Do you believe.."), instead of reporting a Yes/No, the response is the name of the Survey Respondent! (The code for it looks the same as all the other questions!)

I am marnten. The survey is located at http://insyncsocialmedia.com. It is called "In Sync Social Media Quiz"

Delete the problem questions and then re-add them. If this doesn't solve the issue, you'll need to re-create it from scratch.
