Hi, When I go into the e-mail subject area the check boxes are blank. I need to view which email address I set up for a particular email form to go to. Is there any where to see who I set up to receive the email? I have alot of emails and afraid to lose the email address that is already setup in there.

Unfortunately, this is not possible. It is something however we're changing for an update set to release this Fall. The best way to check this without changing it is to manually submit the form and observe where it goes.
