We keep getting hacked from 91.201.66.76 (moscow russa)on our kitchen form. I have that IP as being blocked but the blocking is not working.
How can I get the blocking of an IP to work?

Login > Form Security Anti-SPAM > IP Address Blocking

This will block a specific IP from being able to submit your form. It will not however prevent someone form accessing the form or your web site. I suggest you contact your web host and have them block that specific IP address from your server.
