I really like the interface on creating online forms. Very easy to use and works great. I am having one problem though. I have done this twice and still get the same result, I have 4 text lines at the end of the form. The info that's being typed in that box, is not being sent with the email that has all the form info. It appears that a glitch in the database was causing the problem you were experiencing. I have fixed it, and the form should now function correctly.
