I am a new standard user and I am testing the site before I go premium.
1. The first issues I have is that the date feature does not work. When I click it, the calendar does not come up so, I have removed in all forms and settled for a simple text line--to avoid embarrassment with clients.
2. The second issue is that when someone is filling the form then press Send, and they forget just one mandatory question, then when they click back they have to start afresh--everything is gone! Is there a way of retaining whatever has been entered so that when somebody returns they can just edit?
Otherwise, great effort in producing quite a versatile form. |

1 - There is a conflict with the CSS you are using on the site and the CSS used to display the calender. It is typically caused when the CSS on your site overrides the 'position:' attribute of the CSS the calender uses.
2 - Please check your browser settings. This is not the typical behavior in the majority of web browsers, but can be made so by changing the default settings for security in the web browser you are using.
