I am a premium member and I can't reset my password. It tells me that it is going to email me instructions on how to reset my password and I never receive it. I checked my spam folder and other settings to see what is going on but I have no answers. I created this new user name because I couldn't post in this forum unless I signed up. The user name for my other account is alnowak. Please help me with this problem. I need to have access to my forms. |

If you are not receiving the information it is due to spam filtering. You will need to check your local settings and check with your email provider to ensure that they are not blocking the message on the e-mail server end. Our maillog show that you are receiving the message, so it is likely a filtering issue on your specific computer.
