I need help. My contact page works with Internet Explorer and Google Chrome but people who use Mozilla FireFox get this error " * This form is not being sent from the url where it is supposed to be located. If you are the owner of this form you need to ensure that the 'Form Location' is specified as aeshnidae.com/aeshnidae%27s%20contact%20page.html. To change this, login to the site, click 'edit' next to the form's name, and then click the 'Basic Information' link to change the form's location." What needs to be done?? If it works with 2 of 3 Browsers then it obviously is speciified correctly. |

Ok, I did not realize that my form could have multiple location names depending on the browser used to send it. I copied the location from the error message I received using firefox and pasted it below the location name in the edit form options that I already had that worked with Chrome and the I.E. So where it states location name on the form management page I now have 2 different location names. I then tried to submit my form from all browsers, Internet Explorer, Mozilla Firefox and Google Chrome and all were successful. Hope this helps someone else who may be having the same issues. |
