We opened up our call for speakers today for our event, Mobile Health Expo, and I was testing it out and noticed that when I submitted it it said to fill out some required fields. And when I went back they were filled out already. These are fields that absolutely need to be required, and we had this issue for our last event.

Is this an issue with the code? It says things that are required are not filled out but they are, so these causes a dilemma where people cannot submit anything. This is a HUGE issue.

Please help.

I need a URL of the form in order to diagnose the issue.

When you 'Preview' the form within the control panel, are the questions appearing with a * next to them?
