Yes, there has been a brief outage. I had to make an unexpected database change related to the new update we've just created. The site is now back and functioning normal. This should be the last maintenance window that will be required for a bit.

Responses are being generated where customer response is not matched to the proper question.
Questions are being omitted from the reporting email.
Noticed problem at 6 pm Pacific Standard Time. |

A small percentage of older forms that were created before the update are experiencing this issue. This is due to a error in the database records associated with these forms that did not become an issue until after the update. Unfortunately, the only way to fix this issue, is:
1. Delete all questions from the administration panel (Login > Edit > Form Questions > Delete) that are experiencing any sort of problem.
2. Replace these questions with new questions. (Login > Edit > Form Questions > New Question)
3. Remove the existing code from your site and replace it with newly updated code (Login > Get HTML)
In some cases where there are a lot of errors, it may be easier to simply rebuild the entire form.
