hi,
I just copied and pasted the html for the form I created and it is displayed on my website, but the submit button is not displayed, I was wondering why???

What is the URL of the form? It is likely caused by the form HTML being incorrect on your site. This could be caused by your content management system or web host changing the code, an inadvertent change within an HTML editor, etc. You need to look at the actual source code that is sitting live on your web site, and compare it to the actual code which we have provided.
