I am a premium member and paid for 2 years service up front in May. This text is now visible on ALL of the PharmaLogika.com forms.
"Error: Visual Verification Disabled"
Our website has not been updated lately, so the problem was not introduced by us. What do I need to do and how can I prevent this from happening in the future? |

This error is due to your visual verification being disabled. The only two possibilities for this occuring are:
1. Someone with access to your username and password logged in to your account and disabled it.
2. (Most likely) Your account upgrade expired initially on 05/14/2009. You then renewed on 05/19/2010. When a premium account expires, our scripts turnoff all visual verification (as the account is no longer premium). Since your membership lapsed, this means that once it was once again re-upgraded you needed to go back in and re-enable the visual verification.
Enabled the visual verification is very easy. Simply login, click 'Form Security / Anti-SPAM', and enable Visual Verification for your forms from there.
