Is there any way to eliminate the non-picked items from the email report? We hve a situation where our members have to pick one of about twenty different choices on one item and about twelve on another. It is difficult to read which choice has been picked. If you have choice one through twenty and the report says you picked fourteen is would be easier.

The best way to achieve this is to use a single question (such as a radio box or dropdown) instead of multiple individual questions.
