I am aware that a single form can be forwarded to a maximum of five separate email addresses; but how many "verified" separate email addresses can I maintain in my overall account? For example, could I maintain a dozen or more separate "verified" email addresses and then when creating a new form select from one to five of these addresses to use in that particular form?

There is no limit to the number of verified email addresses that may be listed under your account.
